Step 2: Take Our Skills Assessment
You'll receive a link to a 3-case test (30–45 minutes) to assess coding accuracy and compliance.
Interview
Coders who meet our standards will be onboarded with access to chart templates, documentation guidance, and workflow tools.
Orientation
Once approved, we’ll send HIPAA agreement, SOP, Your assigned QA Reviewer
